David Winn, a 19-year veteran and top-producing real estate agent, was welcomed to the Woodland Hills Paramount Rodeo Realty office by Syd Leibovitch, Company Owner. Davids involvement in writing TV sitcoms and feature films have enabled him to network within the entertainment industry. Davids understanding of the industry has enabled him to work with both actors and their agents to fulfill their real estate needs. He is a graduate of University of Miami with a BA degree in Theatre Arts and a minor in Business Marketing. His 20-plus year experience in theatre productions on and off Broadway with numerous screen credits for starring rolls. David is currently involved in pre-production on a feature film script he co-authored and recently sold. His greatest accomplishment was raising his three children--Jason, Travis and Erin.
